We provided a new bathroom, separate WC and modern kitchen while also re-glazing the entire flat. New electrics and heating system were a necessity to insure the property conformed to current regulations. We blocked off the end dining room to allow for the formation of another bedroom and completely restored the original parquet flooring to it’s original condition.
