New Barnes Avenue, St Albans

A project with large scale structural alterations which allowed us to remove all walls to the rear of the property allowing us to produce a large open plan space.  The entire house has been refurbished to an extremely high standard and the refurbishment includes a gym, separate living room to the front of the house and a bar and pool table area complementing the open plan living space.  The entire rear corner of the house opens in two directions on to a tiered terrace with sunken hot tub and BBQ station/area.

The first floor alterations allowed us to build a further two bedrooms with sumptuous en-suites, fully tiled with mitred edges which adds to the luxurious finish.
