The project simply consisted of some minor structural alterations to the ground floor to create an open plan kitchen diner with a separate utility room.

We also tiled the majority of the ground floor leading up to two newly fitted large sliding doors allowing the internal part of the house to marry seamlessly with the lovely view of the garden.
